Removing wait list + plans + life stuff

Hey, everyone! It's been a while since last time I made any updates.
So yeah, TLDR - wait list is being removed and I'm gonna be doing slot openings again from now on.
Really hoping people from wait list forgive me for that but I do need to move on.
I did considered many factors before actually committing. Shortly it just gives me anxiety cos of how big it is and literally made me stuck at one place.
At start I only considered waitlist to be list of people whom are simply willing to work with me. I pretty much added everyone with no prepayments and stuff like that. But over time it slowly started giving pressure cos like "there is 50+ of people who are waiting" and it was only growing over time.
That whole thing only worsened depression I had for a while. So I no longer can handle this wait list and closing it would be for the best.
A little bit about plans on slots. Next openings will be 3-5 slots at max, I'll be making form to fill (google or something similar) and later will be choose some.
Besides that I would like to work with my friends and old regular commissioners more, so I'll be working with them outside of those slot openings.
In plans there are some revamp in my pricings and adding few "sketch" options as cheaper alternative. Maybe some experimental stuff like "sketch only" openings.
As for now, I'm now working on fixing my health issues. That includes commiting into diet and sports which is very exhausting..
Also trying my best to get even better at drawing, even asked some good people for bit of help x)
Aaand that's it for now. Watch for my future journal updates on commission openings!

It's when artists take money for 50+ people and then dip is when it really becomes a problem. Hopefully moving to more short term goals helps you!

As for the health/exercise plans, good luck! Just remember that it can take some time to figure out what works for you, not everyone enjoys exercising the same way so if you find it hard to stick to a particular kind of fitness routine, consider switching things up and finding ways to incorporate things that will motivate you to 'want' to exercise, so you can do whatever other entertaining thing you let yourself do at the same time (for example, during the colder months I exercise biked while watching anime, and now it's summer I'm going on several long walks a day while listening to podcasts, and I only let myself do those things while exercising).
Looking forward to slots as well, really like your style and I'd be more than happy to have a shot at a slot in future!

I did feel the list was extremely long, and I was worried it'd be too much pressure on you, so don't worry about cutting it short <3
In fact, I'm certain this'll be a better way to draw what YOU want to draw, and that's the most important thing of all ^o^
For now, take as much time as you need to rest and recover, and I as many others will be eagerly waiting for your next amazing illustrations (and hopefully working together again too :D)
Surely gonna take my time for recovering and maybe some personal art too x3

But yeah, you've got to do what's best for you! You never want the stress to take over doing what you enjoy.
Personay I find waitlists a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it's kind of nice to just have a question for an artist you like. But on the other hand, the artist and commissioner alike can lose interest in the long term. Which leads to wasted time and potential drama.
As long as your commissions are finished before the next batch of slots open, that's all that should be expected.
Personally I just wish there was a way to get notifications on postings outside the main site. Is that a thing? I always miss slot journals by a few hours xD
Oh, and don't worry. I wasn't planning it as "first come first serve". Instead there will be like day or two time gap for people to submit their thing.
Might try making announcements in twitter too but will see~
Last time I was doing slots I think I was opening those for few days (although people were mostly writing me first 24 hours and never close to end lol)
