Is this the end..?

So FA has been going through some changes. I do wish that it finds itself settled and well eventually, but it is unfortunate that this might be the end of my story here. Evidently those new rules go into effect tomorrow(?), and I'm pretty certain that any number of pieces that yet remain after the previous clearing are likely incompatible with the new rules. Probs the same for my underutilized comm acct.
I honestly don't have the heart to remove anything else at this point. I guess I never really made nearly as big of a splash coming here as I originally aspired to do, but even then 10+ years of posting anyplace is still kinda hard to just walk away from. That said, my true original goal of getting on here was to meet other quirky folk like myself and thankfully that goal was accomplished <3.
It is regrettable that things have gone this way. I joined fairly late in the game relatively speaking, but I can still recall how things were different and simpler. People weren't as concerned about who or what others were drawing. Even back when I was a newbie quarter-normie on here starting out it felt more like a community than it does now with me having fully dived into furry. I'm sure folks who have been here way longer can probably attest to a similar decline even up to the point where I hopped on. I dunno.
I could totes hop on a soap box and keep on going, but I'm not gonna do that an instead I'll just leave you with these two links:

There's nothing on either of these atm, but I'll be getting around to back posting before long and all new posts will be there going forwards. Twatter exists yeah, but even my measly shadow of a presence there isn't guaranteed. If either of those accts remain, there won't be much else to be found aside from the sketchiest of doodles and the like.
If things do change here such that I could continue posting (and provided my account isn't banned ), then chances are I'd come back. But realistically if you wanna keep tabs on my works you'd best follow me on the above.
A big thanks to everyone who was following and interacting here. I don't feel that I did much in a decade, but I greatly appreciate you all for hanging round all that time <333

hurts a bit to know that art from +10 years ago could potentially get erased, its pretty disheartening...
what also bothers me is we are all literally forced to tell our followers: hey come over to the new website and have to start from scratch all over again and not everyone is fond of migrating/switching around accounts on different platforms...gonna be rough..
well, we all need to stick together on the other platforms and start anew.

I'm still a big fan of ya stuff :3. so i'll gladly see ya stuff here, IB, and elsewhere. It kinda sucks, cause FA is like the main central computer when it comes to having a gallery in one place. Twitter sucks with this, and many furs only post on Twitter, or only on Patreon/etc, paid sites.
Next to putting all your stuff in as many sites as possible to have a reach.. like I went to Weasyl, Sofurry, FurryNetwork, and Inkbunny six years ago during an exodus back then. I still remember a bunch of those lol. This is another one i expect to be like those, but FA seems to really have cooked its spaghetti brain with recent changes. Pokesonas, Digimon, anime/manga styled artists, possibly sprite artists too. I've been with FA since 2009, and so i'll probably always return here, cause i'm used to how it is. Many artists i know still use FA primarily, and nowhere else really. There's many artists who have left FA, or went inactive for a long time, who's art is still up, can be pretty much lost forever.
That's why I kind of help some galleries out and save stuff up cause you never know who might be looking for something that's lost. There's many gallery downloaders out there to save your stuff, i know of Raccoony, and there's another popular one too that's recently come up.
Been a fan of your stuff for quite a bit now, and if need be I'll certainly be making a new account and look you up on IB if things don't work out here. It sucks, but what can you do.
I do hope the dust settles here, but like you I'd rather not take any chances. Crossing my fingers for both of us~ Take care <3
