Hi there friends,

I have two questions regarding the 2.7 policy update coming into effect this July.

1. I'm a sfw non-fetish artist, but many of my friends and/or artists I follow are nsfw or fetish artists. My first question is, aside from my experience browsing the site, will I be affected by the new policy on these grounds? I would like to know in writing whether simply the act of following those in violation of policy will result in being targeted by the policy or modteam. The idea sounds far-fetched to me, but based on what I've seen, I am reluctant to trust that I won't be targeted.

2. I don't intend on creating mature or adult work, nor do I intend on posting any, but I am aware that my character designs might fall under the purview of this policy. This is my fursona, whom I've identified with since I was 18, and currently being 28 years old: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48207515/ I do not associate, have memories of, or even try to portray my sona as a minor and frankly I find the idea of being seen as a minor as an odd and alien concept, and even off-putting. This character, as far as I am concerned, is for all intents and purposes, an adult. Despite this, supposing I were to post vore or sexual content involving this character on model with this reference sheet, would it be considered in violation of the new policy? I've worked very hard on this reference sheet, spent years of iterations and many long hours struggling with depression and my relationship with my hobbies and art, trying to get it to this place that I am now very happy with. If I am supposed to change the proportions of my character in order to express myself sexually, then frankly I will have to reconsider my relationship with FurAffinity and possibly stop using it altogether.

tl;dr

1. Will I ever be considered in violation of policy simply for having followed artists who, now, are in violation of the policy?
2. Is my very personal, very particularly crafted fursona https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48207515/ under jurisdiction of this policy?

This character, if drawn exactly as depicted in the reference sheet, should not pose any issues in sexual content.
