▌ Any and all owners of the characters within a commission piece must agree to allow the use of their characters within the commission piece (this includes consent to any kink material as well).
▌ If a commission is meant for a gift for friends or loved ones let me know in advance to guarantee discretion.
▌ If a commission is meant to be private (non-posted) let me know in advance to guarantee discretion.
▌ I tend to work around a canvas size of 2000x2000 to 3000x3000, if a client needs a canvas to be a particular size for particular purposes, than it needs to be discussed beforehand.
▌ Under no circumstance will I remove my signature from my work. Nor do I condone of its removal.

▌ Payment is to be paid through Paypal (usd).
▌ Any type of payment through crypto-currency will not be accepted.
▌ An invoice will be sent only after a preliminary sketch is approved of by the client.
▌ No progress will be made past preliminary sketch phase until payment is paid as negotiated with the client.
▌ If no payment is made within a discussed timeframe with the client, the spot is forfeit.
▌ Full payments in advance or partial payments can be discussed for larger projects (i.e reference sheets).
▌ Tips of any kind can be sent via an additional payment and will not be included or prompted in the invoice sent.

▌ Include a proper visual reference when sending a commission inquiry.
▌ Written reference will be accepted but please include visual reference for desired traits. I may have a completely different idea to what I view as muscular than what my client does, as an example. Any and all detailed visuals to help give me the clearest picture are welcome.
▌ Written references while accepted will have their own additional fee associated with them.
▌ Any real-life visual reference of human or animal genitalia is prohibited.

▌ Please, do not edit the image yourself unless it has been discussed in advance as having the go ahead.
▌ Simple edits or errors will be corrected without payment (i.e missing markings, missing glasses or missing jewlery).
▌ Major edits will require additional payment and will vary depending on the severity of the edits to the commission.
▌ No further edits will be made once a commission is completed and uploaded.

▌ Once payment is made, a piece will take me no more than a month to complete on average.
Time is also subject to change based on how many projects I have on my plate and the complexity of the piece.
▌ WIPs will be provided based on sketch phase, linework phase, flatwork phase and fully shaded phase.
The linework phase is the longest phase for me, so expect long pauses between sketch and linework phase.
▌ Please, do not rush me. I cannot guarantee something to be done on a particular date due to medical reasons that are out of my control. If a piece is needed to be done by a particular day with limited time given, do not commission me.
▌ Do not spam me for updates if it has only been a few days. I will send updates when I have them. Be patient.
▌ I will notify clients if there are any major expected delays.

▌ I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason.

▌ Full refunds will be made if the commission has not been started.
▌ Partial refunds will be made if the linework of the commission is completed but further progress is not made.
▌ No refunds can be made after a piece is completed.

▌ The client(s) may upload the watermarked piece to their galleries with proper assigned credits in the description.
▌ I do not condone my work being uploaded to sites such as e621, Pinterest or F-List (unless it is the clients approved account(s).
▌ Any use of my work for artificial intelligence (AI) generation or training is prohibited.
▌ Any use of my work (unless discussed with the client ahead of time) will not be uploaded for intended commercial use.
▌ Not all commissions that I make will be uploaded. What I upload is at my discretion.

▌ I retain all copyright to any and all work that I produce, including commercially.
▌ Any and all unclaimed preliminary sketch poses for a client default to me and can / will be used for other projects.
▌ Unless otherwise stated with the client, any custom stand-ins or one-off characters that a client entrusts me to design will default to my ownership. (In example, body-less genital designs, tentacle designs, parasitism designs, etc.)
This rule does not apply to any custom designs that a client is asking for, this only applies for the niche circumstance of free rein over particular designs.
