I try posting new stuff here and just see that i dont get a lot favorites of my work. Heck even the commissions i posted have less faves. Not to come off as weirdo but i have been seeing people that have commission works from me get more favorites than the original creator. Like, good for the art but thats a demotivator for me. I have been posting less and less because of this. I dont feel like I wanting to take commissions anymore. On top of all that no one comments on my works anymore, Just the art that others commissioned me on their pages. I feel very unimportant. I dont mean like yall dont care, its the factor of my efforts were just devalued.
I'll still try posting but like why even bother... hardly anyone so far dont like any of my new stuff it seems. I tried posting music i made and do some less spicy art for once. but seems to get less attention...I dont know what to do anymore. All im doing is throwing stuff at the wall by this point.

I think it's important for artist to try and find that enjoyment and drive to make art for themselves, first and foremost. You'll always have fans you'll love most of your work regardless, but the "audience" at large is going to be fickle and inconsistent. I'm not saying that you can't get that confidence\happiness boost from faves because that still feels great, just that giving those numbers too much importance can lead to burnout.
Maybe at the very least taking a small break or making something for self would be in order. Self-care is important.
If it's any consolation you're a wonderful artist and your work is an inspiring goal post.
Again, I'm a no name, amateur artist, so I understand if none of this means much or was obvious.
If you're focusing on the views, then you're falling into the pit trap.
Consistent upload times, subjects that will catch others attention, and potential open-ended questions to the "Audience" can help with engagement. Much like anything else, there's a whole science to it - An order of operations if you will. Like running a business.
