TERMS OF SERVICE
By using my artwork/ commissioning me you agree to the rules listed here:
— General
Do not use my artwork as a base for AI images/ NFTs
Do not post my artwork without crediting me
Do not print and/ or sell copies of my artwork
Do not edit my artwork
— Artist
I receive exclusive copyright of all my work (sketches or not), which includes the rights to edit, reproduce, use my work anywhere and anyhow I want, without notifying anyone.
— Commissioner
Commissioner has the right to use my artwork however they want, as long as they follow general rules.
Commissioner has the right to use my work as icons/ banners/ wallpapers.
— Three steps commission process
⌗ Tell me the type of illustration you’re interested in (fullbody, halfbody or portrait) and describe your idea in detail. Send me references of your character, preferred poses, lighting, backgrounds - the more the better. After clarifying the details, I will send you several simple sketches to choose from.
⌗ Once the sketch is chosen, I expect you to send me full payment. Only after receiving the payment I will start to render the image. I will send you WIPs as I work. General deadline - 6 weeks after the payment was sent.
⌗ After your piece is finished, I will send you two PNG versions: with and without my watermark, optional - with and without background. That’s it, thank you!

⌗ I work with reference images only.
⌗ No private commissions allowed. But you can ask me to delay the time of posting.
⌗ I reserve the right to decline any commission before it's paid for any reason and without explaining why.
