My father passed away

Very peacefully, at least. He'd been on a morphine and sedative drip since thursday, so he was asleep and not in any pain anymore.
I'm extremely lucky to have had him as my dad. I'm gonna miss him.

I'm heartened to know he wasn't in any pain, in the end, and that his passing was peaceful.
At least he had such a loving child. Please take your time to morn and grieve.
