Life/Health Update + TotK Review (no spoilers) + Question

General
Okay! So it's been quite a while. But I didn't want to do these too frequently. So without further ado...
My Diet:
I took a bit of a break with it last month (not completely falling off the wagon, but definitely simmering down a LOT with it), and as such, while I didn't see a statistically significant difference in my waist girth (thus making a good calculation of my body fat % impossible. D: ), I *did* however get a decrease over the past several months into this one of my resting heart heart from the lower 60s to the lower 50s (!) and an increase in my VO2Max. :D Which is very good. And I still appear to be getting stronger on my lifts, so I'm likely still recompositioning.
For now, I'm trying to keep my daily caloric deficits between 5% to 25%--at most--of my daily energy expenditure. Which seems to be a much healthier and more sustainable way of doing things. This has meant me dropping the amount of physical activity I do each day a fair amount. I'm still exercising, but not like crazy as I was.
I'm also not fasting. I find I just can't handle it anymore. Which is probably for the best. It was getting to be too much stress/strain on my body and on my mental health. @_@
My life:
It's been going as well as well can get. Going to finally get my own CostCo Executive membership (along with a brand spankin' new coffee machine, haircut, etc) tomorrow. All of which are long overdue. X3
TotK:
I mean, it's a very good game. Much MUCH more massive than BotW was. That said, it still feels a tad...unbalanced. Like, I get the devs wanted to make it so that the game wasn't as exploitable/easy (blep) as BotW could be if you knew what you were doing, but it reeeaallly feels like they over-corrected; to the point where I'm legit seriously considering saying 'fuck it' and just using the dupe glitches to max out my rupees & mats; especially considering how it turns out, they're even more useful in this game than they were in BotW.
I'm a strong believer in the Yahtzee/Zero Punctuation School of Game Design. That, when the player has to resort to glitches to better balance a game, it is rather indicative of bad game design. You can't fault a person for breaking a window when the only door to the building of winning the game is on the fucking roof. FFS! >.<**
Like, the game is barely 2 months old, and hopefully the devs will patch it with both a much needed bugfix & balancing patch. But I guess we'll see. *shrugs*
Question for my watchers:
So...you think I should do smaller, more frequent updates? Or less frequent, but more detailed updates?
Or, to put it another way, which which ya'll prefer to read & comment on? :P
