pixel art route

General
so long story short, i've unintentionally got back into pixel art- if i ever got into it in the first place but i do remember attempting it over a year ago ae - and by GOSH it's the best decision i've ever made in SO LONG. why?
because for one thing, pixel art feel less straining to do. i only unintentionally did it because i was tired of drawing massive since that would take up canvas space VERY easily. for some reason, i have "size blindness", which means my brain sucks at navigating the size of a canvas even tho im aware of how large it is because even if i resize something from 1450W x 950L to 2550W x 1550L, it still feels like the same size to me and i'd have to constantly resize my drawing because my brain cant friggin pick up canvas size and thus i end up drawing big and having to always resize my stuff like mad
drawing big has also been a general problem when it came to making art- it makes it more stressful and bothersome and whenever i did a drawpile or magma with someone, i'd ALWAYS end up taking over the canvas because my goofy moofy choofy self ended up drawing something too big and we'd already have to move to another canvas gnrjhnjthn
so i couldn't take it anymore and tried to draw REAL small on a magma canvas, cause i wanted to do SOMETHING different than draw something big or something i'd have to constantly resize cause i realized i was already taking too much space, and for some reason i felt like drawing a random vessel character
and then once i finished it, i was in LOVE with it- it felt therapeutic- it felt pleasing just drawing the lines without making it all rough and sketchy, and coloring things in felt better to do than usual
and so i tried again... and again, and in a short amount of time, i eventually went "yeah im definitely getting into pixel art" and started bumping art after art like crazy and now it's something i primarily wanna focus on for numerous reasons;
1. it's less painful to do
2. my brain actually takes its time with it because its working under something REALLY small and not large, so thankfully, my size blindness decreases dramatically
3. the results feel much more amusing compared to non-pixel art- i feel like i can look at it and really go "oh wowsers, i made this... wowsers"
4. hollow knight and pixel art is a combo that's kind of been done enough, but have you EVER seen hollow knight porn with pixel art? now THAT'S a beyond rare thing, so I will be one of the very few blokes to commit to that! maybe that could be the shtick i can get used to doing on this account and others....
so yeah, tldr, pixel art really eased a lot of the stress and struggles i usually have with non-pixel art and now it's currently my big fixation to work around with, so expect to see A LOT of it posted for a while! EEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeee
