I have finally received my Ticket response and as expected it is unfortunately not good.
I sent a list of 276 submissions I felt might come under the new content guidelines and only 56 of those have now been said to be allowed under these rules.
This 267 included most of my art except for eeveelutions and a few other exceptions I felt were probably ok.
A lot of these were art I have received from others over the years, so unfortunately the vast majority of my art has to go.
I have added the allowed pieces to a pool (https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....lowed-Content/) and will be removing the remaining offending images.
I do not understand why a lot of these specifically are allowed other than Rinring which I guess isn't technically officially a pokemon?
Regardless I will respect their decision and am in the process of saving and removing the art. Thankfully I do have other galleries with the art already:

I may still upload here if I feel a piece will not break TOS, but this will most likely only be the odd eeveelution piece or if the rules revert sometime down the road, but I don't think this is likely at this point :c.
It makes me very sad to have to remove art from FA, this was where I started and it is sad to have to walk away.

For now though I am just going to save and replace the files and keeping the uploads in tact. there should be no reason for me to actually remove them entirely.
I'd like to keep my account here rather just just getting banned for not complying even if I won't use the site much after this.
I agree with you about fiction not being limited though, it feels like a slippery slope where they now will have to apply this same rule to everything else as they have opened the flood gates and stuck to it.
But yeah disrespectful and questionable decisions maybe, but in the end it's their website and their decision. Can't really be helped :c.
I dunno about posting the replacement placeholder images, though. I see a lot of people doing it, but it has me worried about rule 2.9 in the AUP, about "Duplicate Content"
I see a lot of people doing it, but i'd be hesitant to do it myself, whenever i get my ticket back.
That is a fair point though, but the way I see it that rule is more an issue for new uploads causing spam like YCH reminders, editing old uploads shouldn't cause an issue hopefully...
Well worst case I should get a warning and I can delete them after that, I can't see why it would be an issue for the site though.
They clearly don't respect the wishes of the fandom

I will work on removing the offending art now, but I would greatly appreciate if you could give me a few days before banning me so I can make sure I can save everything first.

I have Inkbunny with everything for now, Itaku for art and am considering making a Sofurry for the stories too.
Any others suggestions are welcome ^^.
