i guess FA is imploding again

another mass migration, but to no where in particular
the enforcement of the rules seems pretty all over the place with characters from aggretsuko, who all work in a literal office, being flagged, and i know i draw some weird creatures but i haven't had the energy to fucking collect a list of images to submit to management to see if the random person in charge thinks it's okay or not
i guess i do need to do that at some point
how do i even do that? i closed the pop-up and i don't even know how to ask management "hey is THIS picture ok? all right... what about THIS one? and THIS one? and then THIS one?"
but i also guess FA is going to continue to collapse, and the fandom will fragment which is FUN since honestly we've been creating a bit less lately and we already LOST our tumblr and only got a new one a year ago and having to start over SEVERAL times on several websites and upload fucking 15 years of backlog onto new websites and then keep track of the NEW rules for SEVERAL websites good fucking GOD
tempted to just make my own fucking website at this point but until then

i doodle as a hobby ngl, the moment this becomes a job and i have to memorize 30 different websites' different rules and balance watching and commenting and engaging across 30 different platforms i'm done i'm out

And don't imagine that just because some particular admin might have signed off on something that it might protect you from some user or admin in the future deciding to object to something.
To add to the obviously increasingly atomized list of sites to post things to, consider e6. They've at least proven to be a pretty reliable place to archive things.
but l ike do you mean e621? That's an imageboard porn site, stuff just kind of ends up there or it doesn't. It's like, one step above fchan.us. It is like, the exact opposite of what I'm looking for (a chill place i can hang out on and post weird stuff)

Rule enforcement here is totally arbitrary but unless something happens its clear its on the downard slope
I mean it isnt going to just die but it will become increasingly irrelevant I think until interest wanes
The most annoying thing is that there are so many "Alternatives" that none of them can gain any traction just slowly try to eat away at FA's share, which ones are even worth looking at? Who the frick knows. Especially as you say their rules may be just as arbitrary as FA's and they dont even have the benefit of existing long enough to have a lot of artists to look at
