Trouble Ticket Response 1
General
Got the reply back to my first trouble ticket I submitted two months ago. I basically need to delete almost every bit of Pokemon art Ive ever done on here, which is some kind of bullshit. The exception being, apparently The Blue Trinket is fine??? No specific details, just, these need to be deleted. I didnt submit everything, of course, but I can extrapolate based on what they said. Okay... So the submissions being deleted are:
-Restart
-Happy Sheep!
-The New Forest Guardian
-Second Chance
-Forest of Change
-Experiment
-The End [Pgs 0-7]
-The Fruit
-New Cat in Town
Additionally, I'll need to delete the lalafell artwork:
-To the Brim
-Infinite Supply
Kind of wild to me that these rules are more strict than deviantART's????????? Like hello?? Especially the pokemon ones. I try to keep my pokemon art pretty SFW all arounds, no genital shots, shots of nude breasts kept to absolute minimum. And yet its the most vulgar one, The Blue Trinket, that gets a pass? Im so confused. Im also confused about the lalafell ones, because I knew that drawing them on model would be banned, but theoretically, drawing them like a shortstack should be fine, but Im not so sure anymore. Weird to have a race of characters that youre banned from draw outright, no matter what. Im getting clarification on when SFW TF of "minors" (or what FA considers to be a minor anyway) is okay, because their FAQ says it should be, but Second Chance was still flagged anyway. So the SFW ones are staying for the moment, but Experiment, To the Brim, and Infinite Supply have been removed.
Also very disheartening, though not entirely surprising, to see that FA did nothing with the feedback they got. I dont even understand the point of it. Why'd they even take responses in the first place if they were just going to completely, wholly, and utterly ignore every shred of feedback they received? This site has gone to hell and the only reason I havent left is because there are just so few valid alternatives. Feels like every social media site is collapsing around us by the minute...
Regardless, all the soon-to-be deleted artworks will be on sites, namely deviantArt and Pixiv, if youre trying to find it later and cant. Alternately, you can join my discord and everything I make is always posted there first.
I have a second Trouble Ticket open, not in regards to pokemon, but instead the base-line UP 2.7 policy in regards to my short characters, namely Ambri, Mellie, Aryth, Luane, Tahlia, the plush cat, Blair, and Sorox's goblin OC. Cuz if those characters get banned, I may as well just leave the website entirely, cuz thats like half the account.

Respectfully, might I suggest taking a look at Itaku?

OP
I have an account on there, but my problem with it is that it seems mostly like a site full of artists but no fans. Maybe that's changed. I need to look into it more.

Sharing that on your front page here would help visibility. I didn’t know you were already present.

I just setup the account, I havent uploaded anything to it yet. Thats why I said I needed to look into it more.

yea, and their responces after finding out it was negative on discord was "all info is being private, we won't change or stop accusing out userbase"

OP
I was on that discord, I was quite active in those channels. I really dont understand how they can look at like 98% negative feedback and still decide to push the rule through. Who are doing this for???

Sounds like they are middle management and you are the customer. I don't know who is doing this but they might be following a algorithm or some lawyer with a agenda. It doesn't help that everything seems private.

it makes "sense" to me, they made their choice and who ever decided it wasn't going to change their mind, but they wanted to contain the upset users with the illusion they were paying attention, and respond to people calling them out for being inconsistent, they knew people would be upset, and also knew if the main conversation was elsewhere they could not stop it, they really shut it down when people were getting serious about alternative sites

to be honest I think that they were looking for people that would self report, so far I haven't seen anyone get their stuff deleted besides of the people that just sent ticket to make sure they didn't have anything weird x.x
