Well if you feel comfortable exploring the world of Reptiles, there are some scaly dudes that come to mind.

The more generic just being chameleons, snakes, turtles, dragons and the like.

For fan art kind of stuff but still under the same banner would be like Koopa Troopas, Lizalfos, Yooka(Yooka-Laylee) Squirtle, Gex.
