Recommended Graphics Tablet?

Hiya ya'll!
I want to improve my ability to do digital art and I want to look into getting a graphics tablet with a screen.
As you should know, I spent over 10 years as a dedicated traditional artist where I always drew directly on the picture. Today, basically all sketches, including ones that are digitally colored, are still done pencil on paper because I have better hand/eye coordination seeing my hand on the picture.
I would really like to see how much doing digital art on a screen could help me.
Do you have recommendations for a graphics tablet with a built in screen I could draw on? Do you have any comments or concerns I should be aware of in looking for one?

I'll give it more thought if I can't make anything else work. ^.^
That Huion looks interesting too.
The main split seems to be between android/apple devices which are just tablets which are computers with a screen attached. That would mean using new software and being restricted to their infrastructures. but gives you teh advantage of portability. Or there's the Cintiq approach which is a monitor you plug into your PC or laptop which you can draw on.
Cintiq does seem to be recommended a lot.
