I need to send a warning to people. Beware an artist that goes by Rozga, Rozga-chan, and Dark Rozga. They need to NOT be asking for commissions until they finish the ones they have to do to those who have already paid. Im still owed 2 commissions from 4 years ago! She has blocked people who she owes art too, and claims to have no money to pay people back, yet is still taking commissions. Again, be warned....
