Still not banned

Fascinating.
Every day that rolls by with no action just adds to the incompetence we've come to know over the years lol

This and their blanket "AI" art ban are both REALLY stupid decisions.
Incompetent if they can't even do what they threatened to do in the first place (relying on unpaid volunteers to tattle in their stead.)
Seems pretty obvious.
Those small kobolds in your gallery could very likely also get you in trouble, just so you understand how silly they're being.
And considering I've heard nothing after all this time about any of the kobolds, 'very likely' might be overexaggerating.
First-level pokemon are not babies/children. Is Ash's pikachu an immortal baby because he never evolves it? No, that'd be insane to think that.
Something being drawn in a 'cutesy' art style or have a smaller body is not inherently a child. If I want to draw Isabelle from Animal Crossing on-model, they would ban it. She's clearly an adult and has a job, but they wouldn't care about that.
What someone does or tags something on other platforms should have no repercussion on this site. Especially not imageboard sites like e621 where anyone can edit/add tags. I didn't even upload the image TO e6, and it's not my job to constantly police/correct the tags, just like it's not my job to browse FA and report images that break their ever-changing rules (though they literally want me to do that, and have told me as much.) It also has the "adult (lore)" tag, so I guess they're simultaneously young AND adults if you base your reality on e6 tags lol.
Considering I haven't heard anything after all this time about my 'ban me' pic, I guess it's fine too then, huh? Despite them specifically singling out gatomon and eevee as 'underage characters?' Couldn't be because they lack a proper paid moderation team whose job it is to find offending pics, but instead rely on brown-nosers to report images for them, right?
Because I could draw an actual underage character who has the same body type as those kobolds, and it wouldn't be fair for them to ban my image and not yours. Hopefully with that example, you see the problem with this 'altered' rule. If not, there's no helping you and we're at an impasse. Some people still believe the Earth is flat after all.
Other artists have drawn Isabelle on-model and/or cutesy, like Vallycuts, and they've been fine. That's not to say that one or two images may have been asked to be taken down due to how close to the line they were, but considering what's still up, it must have been close.
And yes, anyone can add tags, and anyone can remove them. Some tags can even be locked - I've had to do that with two e621 uploads of some of my commissioned art; one chance was someone adding a tag to a piece of art that didn't need it, and the other removing a female tag because the only female was on an image in the background. And e621 may not be the definitive upload of that piece of art, but it is one of the larger imageboards, and one people pay attention to.
And, well... yeah. It's a Gatomon and Eevee. Unless you drew them as underage on purpose, maybe the mod team have seen this or been made aware of it. You have a ton of watchers - and statistically, a handful of them must disagree with you on e621, so someone must have reported it by now. And nothing has come of it. When do you plan to call your experiment off anyway? Think you might start uploading again, or follow through with quitting, or just do something edgier?
Finally, the key phrase there is 'draw an actual underage character'. Yeah, if you draw an underage character, it's getting banned. They could have tits the size of their own head and be underage, and it'd get banned. You're right, I don't see the problem with that. Some people certainly think the Earth is flat - but no matter how much they believe it, that doesn't make it true.
And again, them "not noticing" my image is exactly the point of me posting it. If I wanted to get banned fast, I'd draw something to certainly get me banned and DM it straight to dragoneer (Or whoever is in charge, I haven't kept up.) The entire point of this post is to see how long it takes them to ban me for what clearly breaks their updated rules they made a big stink about. The longer it goes unnoticed, the sillier they look.
There's a TON of stuff still up that shouldn't be. This is why they want other members of the site to report the images to them- jesus I feel like I've said all of this already, are we in a loop? What's happening?
You didn't remove the cub tag either, which means you agree they're 'cub' and that's your incredibly wrong opinion, you'd be right at home working at FA as a mod... for free, of course.
I haven't uploaded to FA in years. It's been a dead site to me. There was "quit and delete my account" or "do this, cuz it's more fun and may upset the mods/admins (and you, it seems.)"
"They could have tits the size of their own head and be underage, and it'd get banned." I guarantee to you, that will not be the case. You know most of the Sonic the Hedgehog cast is underage? Search for any of those characters here, and tell me how much porn you see, big tiddies or not. This site and its moderation are a joke, that's the point of what i'm doing, you either get on board and laugh at their expense or move on. I've spent way too much time debating it with you. You missed the point of my analogy, which... doesn't surprise me. You love the site so much, you can keep it.
• Maybe those bans were deserved? On IB, your Wills/Won't lists that you'll draw Lolicon so safe to say you do draw it.
• Maybe they've seen it, shrugged their shoulders, and gone off to do other stuff. Unless those two are intentionally cub or doing something that suggested they were, why would they care?
• Oh, I completely agree. Browse new is a horrific, wild experience more times than not, for example. There's a lot of stuff that shouldn't be up - probably why they rely on users reporting content, like most other sites do.
• Not my job to make your decisions on your art for you. Besides, you got there first.
• I don't really think either which way, to be honest. An artist that draws cub stuff doesn't strictly have to draw it all the time. Some artists I actually like like draw stuff I don't agree with - usually under a different name, at least. If it's uploaded here, they're not drawn as children, acting as children, presenting as children... probably safe to say they're not children, right?
• Tbf probably doesn't help you can't upload half your gallery here anyway.
• Mods haven't responded, probably couldn't care, and I was actually disappointed when I woke up today and didn't have a response to read over! Not like either of us can win or lose this argument anyway - we're both arguing the same thing, just with different opinions on whether or not loli/cub is bad.
• If you guarantee it, why not make that your experiment?
• Also yeah, that's the stuff they need to crack down on. Desperately.
• Lastly, some artists waive age stuff all the time by 'aging up'. Sometimes they actually do, with actual proportion changes, and sometimes they just say it.
Might structure it like that in future. I'll wrap up by saying, I'm not married to FA as a social media platform - I use it to see artists uploads and display commissioned art. I don't know what's going on with the promised blacklist feature, I don't care about the little pockets of drama going on. Submissions and gallery is what matters. And notes, actually, but a lot of artists use forms or Discord for commissions nowadays anyway.
I get your point - if they ban it, they've banned an image with adult, on-model characters. If they don't, they haven't banned an image using characters that conflict with the rule. I get the trick, I see the trap. Except, I've seen some of the images that have been banned. Baby talk, childish acts or mannerisms, or just outright settings and themes. I'm not encouraging you to go more extreme to break the rules - just, maybe you're entirely within the rules on this?
I've said my piece, you've said yours. I'm not interested in going further, so let's leave it at that. If the admins have it their way, i'll be banned aaaaaany second now. *Checks watch*
The site is outdated and so is its administration. I've moved on. (Though with how poorly they do their jobs, I may be here still for some time it seems lol)
