Hey everyone!
There's a fantastic story I just read that I really want to share. You may have seen it passing by in your notifications already if you follow

Whalsay and the Wulver is an ongoing collab story about a guy named Whalsay. He was raised by a society of Scottish folkloric beings called the Wulver, who are sort of 3/4-wolf creatures with a culture and language all their own. The story is about him setting out on a journey into the English and Scottish countrysides, and about how he just cannot seem to stop running into a menagerie of mystical animal creatures along the way.
It's a really fun read, with a plethora of quirky and interesting characters that just keep popping up to join the journey. It gives me big "Name of the Wind" vibes in that it's a first-person story with an engaging voice about a very interesting, capable, and larger-than-life character. Whalsay isn't nearly as prideful and godlike as Kvothe though, and that makes the story appealing to those who might want a more-relatable protagonist. Plus there are furries, so it's automatically more relatable to us folks.
You can give it a read on either Vixyy's or SeaDragons' pages below!
