It's all good. I had "Just Dance" stuck in my head a few days ago.

the best way to get a song out of your head is to either
A) listen to the song/sing the song
or B) listen to an equally annoying, yet polar opposite song
they invariably counteract eachother both ways so you're set!

here's one way
you listen to the song again
and again
and again
and again
and (you get the idea)

until your brain can no longer comprehend it

(well, it works for me, but it takes days if not weeks, depending if I like the song)

just listen to a song you like, and just start singing it. It has to be a song you enjoy, and almost know by heart. Soon your brain will reconfigure itself to sing this song you love instead of one you don't.

of course most of this is still theory

Usually, I just sit there and hit 'skip' on my MP3 if I don't like a song.

For immediate relief, impact wall with head repeatedly until symptoms desist.
