To be honest you are doing really good work using old blender. if you posted textured previews and set an avatar/profile id, I think more people would be inclined to check out your gallery. Some current fans might be willing to donate a little as well.

If you have a PayPal/Ko-Fi account you could also begin advertising commissions. It's hard to put yourself out there at first, but once you have more completed renders in your gallery, more and more people will come by and check out your work.

I created a Ko-fi account to use and I have no idea how to set a profile/ avatar pic been trying cant figure it out

To set an avatar on FA, the image must be a .gif, .png, or .jpg.
The file dimensions should be 100x100px (this is the maximum image size allowed for avatars)
After you upload an avatar, it doesn't change automatically, you have to scroll down on your avatars page and select it.

I believe I set it up however it's not showing on the profile as the tiny pic yet. I also added my Ko-fi account on my profile homepage. i set the donation to $1 so people can donate if they want and it wont break the bank.
