Health concerns - potentially cancer

, I hope y'all will help me get there! I have had some concerning health issues/symptoms for quite some time now. One of them being my white blood cell count has slowly been going up for a while. At first my doctor and I chalked it up to the asthma medication I'm on and that they can cause that to happen. But then we added it to my symptom of black/blue liquid coming from one of my breasts. It started out as not very much but now about a teaspoon comes out of it with a gentle touch. And more recently I've developed sharp stabbing pains in the same breast.
My doctor and I agreed that I should get more testing done and last Friday I was given the results.
I have 3 flags for potential cancer in my testing. Along with the symptoms I've been having, the flags, and the history of breast cancer in my family, we believe this may be what it is.
My insurance is being reluctant on allowing me to get a mammogram under their coverage since I haven't had their insurance very long stating if I have these symptoms then it is pre-existing and isn't covered by them, I'm under the age of 40, and I had a full body CT scan and chest x-rays last year that didn't show anything.
Planned Parenthood is quoting me about $140-$170 for one out of pocket which I was going to pay for after I got paid tomorrow, but life really likes to fuck me over and I've had a new development with funding (8-11-23).
I had gotten a returned check fee that put me less than $5 in the negative. I called my bank and they informed me at the start of the call that I had a negative balance of $492. 84 because ALE charged my card on file for when we stayed in the hotel. ALE solutions received the final bill from the Best Western that we were staying in when our hotel flooded. We got charged an outrageous amount of $488.59 for the amenities we used that should have been a part of the costs of us staying, and the "damages" to the room. I offered the video I took when we left the room but ALE won't accept it saying I need to send it to Best Western and work it out with them. I offered the video to corporate BW and they also have denied accepting the video saying most of the charges are just over use of the amenities the hotel offered as they are not an extended stay.

Also if you had a full body CT and x-rays done, doesn't that help your case in regards to it not being a pre-existing condition? :/
It seems to be the running joke of my life, that I cannot catch a break.
It is terrible to hear that it is a potential cancer diagnosis for that condition. Cancer itself is a very prevalent disease that runs within my family, I've lost my uncle from my father's side to pancreatic cancer 4 days after his birthday in April and I have learned news that potentially my aunt from the same side has developed ovarian cancer. It is truly the bane for us all humans and I do not wish for anyone under any circumstances to suffer from it's grasp.
My heart goes to you and your lover in that fight to find stability throughout all this. It is a long and hard battle, if you need to speak out and vent, know that you have friends here and I to help and hear you out. Stay strong Li.
