Heya, wow it's really been half a year since I made a journal lol.
Well to put it straight, I'm sure yall know about all the crap going on with Twitter or "X" which is the dumbest shit ever. I have no current plans to leave Twitter, but I have setup a cohost which you can find here: https://cohost.org/Sintronic
I have setup a pillowfort, but currently don't use it as it doesn't support video uploads (cohost doesn't either but there's a workaround that kinda does). Otherwise you can find my other sites here: https://sintronic.carrd.co/

I don't even get why people liked twitter from the start. I think this latest wave of stupidity is to prevent harassment campaigns against people without them even knowing why. The block system as is on the site is awful and needs to be changed, but completely removing it is not the way. I honestly just wish there was a better site than FA for sharing art because frankly this site is garbage too xD

I don't think anybody really liked it, it was just a good place to build up traction and community. Communities that would generally thrive outside of the platform but a good place to just throw something at it and see if something sticks.

I just wish there was a better platform that both is ideal for art and community. FA is pretty garbage for art due to how dated everything is, with next to no community functionality. But twitter is built for discourse and profitability before all else so it is awful for the art portion. Maybe one day we will see a platform that is good but i doubt it
