I have actualized my inner voice of self-dislike. Her name is Tenebris. Call her "10", if anything.

For a couple months, the voice felt more like a haze or a miasma in my head. In recent weeks, I've been able to collimate the voice into a single beam, and capture it within a body.

I listen to the things she has to tell me. She will not let me assign intent to her words. She cares not what I do with the messages.
