Terms of Service for Commissions <3

GENERAL INFO
=TERMS OF SERVICE=
GENERAL
- By commissioning me you agree to these terms. <3
- I reserve the right to not accept your commission order.
- You can contact me via Furaffinity notes, Email (Fluffychikorita@gmail.com) or Telegram (@Fluffychikorita or @AesaBear).
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- I accept payment on Paypal or Kofi only.
- Commission must be paid in full upfront.
- I don't accept refunds after the payment is sent.
PROCESS
- I put you in the queue after the payment is received :3
- I try to work as quickly and hard as I can, but please be patient. Sometimes the work is finished within two days, but sometimes it can take a month, depending on the type of commission and my current situation.
- Deadline, if desired, has to be communicated (for example: birthdays).
- Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it (except sketch commissions).
- I like to post the commission so if you wish for your commission to remain private you need to personally ask before! If you desire for the commission to remain private and not ever published I can charge an additional fee.
- Finished commission is published on my profile, where you can download it. If desired I send high-quality art via email.
COPYRIGHTS
- I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. You agree that I may sell files, wip stages, image packs, patreon rewards or similar, of your commission.
- Clients may use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only; ex. print the art, repost art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made.
