I had an accident
trying to climb up into my top bunk, dislocated my knee and bent it sideways, the one giving me trouble, the one I didn't have reconstruction on yet
managed to catch myself from hitting the floor on my bed, was tyring to climb over my cat who was sleeping at the top of my ladder
I can still bend it and walk on it it's just very sore, got ice on it for now

my whole bed is broken, gotta clean out my room finally and throw it away.. just put the mattress on the floor but that isn't happening tonight.. had to listen to my dad take my ear about how dumb I Am, how much of a waste of space and resources, how much of a mooch I am and how I need to just..
he was also going after me about, well everything I am interested in and how stupid I am
how I Will never amount to anything in life, big dissapointment blah blah..
as for my knee.. well compression and ice are helping so far
but will likely see a doctor tomorrow to get it looked at, especially with how swollen it is
worst case I will need reconstruction like the other knee

he did apologize for blowing up and getting so personal and gave me a hug, which was really needed.. so it's ok.

he took back his apology as soon as he heard I was going to a clinic to have my knee looked at and, thankfully it wasn't serious and I got prescribed some physical therapy, ice is fine for now.. when I got home and said so he was such a smug smartass towards me and again, calling me an idiot for not listening to him..
