well some people have different thought processes on what gets more views: once a day for consistency and existing watchers vs all at once so that its more likely to be seen by outside watchers.

A few pages at a time seems fairly standard i think.

Just a few at a time is pretty much standard and I think overall the best.

One page at a time, or 2 at the most

A lot of artists will put a FIRST / PREV / CURRENT / NEXT series of hyperlinks in the submission info. The formatting takes a little getting used to, but it's supremely helpful for linear comics.

I don't think the audience minds the content being released over multiple days so long as it all arrives eventually :)

One page a day, two per day tops, and links to navigate all the comic from start to end.
