You know, despite ny entire sci-fi squadron of characters being steeped in their own lore and worldbuilding that I've come up with myself, I still find myself calling it star fox fanfiction or a star fox au
I guess it's not too weird when I made Eli specifically to be inspired by Krystal and Fox, but act the way I headcanon fox McCloud to act. It's just fun to look at how these things evolve over time. Especially this, it's funny to think it started with just Eli and now I have like 13+ characters occupying that space
Looking forward to expanding on it in the future, especially on Eli Dio and Ash my beautiful blorbo boys

You could say that the reason they have similar features is because they are the starfox federation a team from a different dimension, thus being similar but unique, allowing you plenty of space to create your own head canon about them.

I am 10 steps ahead of that, I already wrote star fox into my worldbuilding as being a fictional show funded by the institute running the whole operation
