Dunno what Vista you are using. I'm running 64-bit and I've never ever had a program or driver issue, when when I upgraded half the computer. :P

It's also never blue-screened ever. Been more stable for me than Linux ever was.

linux is totally different, anything is an upgrade from that and ontop of that if Vista 64 is with your system and is compatable with all your drivers its decent but 64 bit programs arent compatable with certain games and such

Most games luckily work on 64bit systems now. I play quite a bit of games and luckily haven't had a problem yet since I play modern games.

Well none of my games worked on my 64 bit vista, had to keep the old machine intact and operational, which kinda wages war against the reason WHY i got a new machine to start off with, I'm not saying this vista-shit crashed or anything, it just needs comfirmation with EVERYTHING, and it needs to recheck the already checked thing to make sure you approved a hunred times over, like a virgin during their first time talking about sex -.- @.@ regardless, i ain't doing anything to this machine or it's OS...with my luck Vista will come back to strike at me one more time before going down.
