Hey everyone just to let you know im wearing a heart monitor i need to wear it for 2 weeks and the thing would really help me get through it is some encouragment so if you want to encourage me by saying I can do it and stuff like that just send it here im allowed to remove it september 13th at 10am or it might come undone by accident
