A1D3L9: After a long and pretty traumatizing talk with the artist in question I finally managed to cut a deal with him that doesn't involve breaking my arm, all I have or had to do is buy him a chair he liked for his birthday. Yeah, it doesn't make sense why he would want that all I know is that if I get it for him he won't try to break any of my bones the next time he comes over. There's just one problem I didn't get it, now he's pissed and out for blood and unless I give him something like $500 and an apology he won't stop until he hurts me, badly.
