Results of The Summer Blimp 2023 Contest

Hello everyone!
So, after 3 months, the contest is now officially closed and the council have ranked all the submissions we received, 9 of them to be exact.
Here are the results:
In 3rd place, with a total of 87 points, the $50 prize goes to
roarbowildside
In 2nd place, with a total of 97 points, the $125 prize goes to
YoshiErnieGP
In 1st place, with a total of 102 points, the $250 prize goes to
titsunekitsune
On top of that, I also promised an extra prize of $50 for the best uber inflation picture, and that prize goes to @@titsunekitsune.

For the contestants, if you want to upload your submissions to your gallery, you are free to do so, although, you need to mention that the picture was made for the contest and put a link to it in your description at the very least.

Overall, I very much enjoyed hosting this contest, it was a lot of fun rating the pictures. One thing I am a little disapointed with is the lack of submissions. 9 submissions is not an incredibly low amount, but, I was expecting more, and I thought that the prize money would have convinced more people to join, but, I guess not. I guess it all comes down to the way I marketed the contest which was limited to FurAffinity/Discord.
I definitely would love to do another contest like this, although, I might need help with spreading the word of the contest, that way we get more submissions. Or, if you have ways that I could market a contest better, please let me know.

I'll be sure to spread the word where I can the next time you hold one of these.
It used to be easy to get the word out for something like this on twitter but with the way things are going its not super reliable for that sorta thing these days. Especially with people moving on to different sites and spreading out.
Maybe next time as part of the rules, you could have the contestants make journal posts about the contest to help spread the word?
And yeah, I think that sounds good, I will keep that in mind, thank you very much :)
