The price list shows the base price per character, most of the works I do are at these prices. However, the final cost can be both increased (I can ask for additional payment for its complexity/additional characters/background/urgent - full list below) and reduced (for example, you need 2 versions of the character in one pose - clothed and undressed) at the stage of discussing your order.
To commission a drawing and for any questions you can note me here!
By ordering an artwork or YCH/buying an adopt from me, you agree to the following:
Payment information:
✔ Payment via Boosty/Hipolink/Lavatop (using PayPal or bank card)

✔ 100% prepayment;
✔ When you commissioning/purchasing adoptable from $100, payment plan is possible (discussed individually);
✔ No refund if I started drawing/for adopts.
Additional fees:
✔ Edits (starting with the fourth after sketch approval);
✔ Commercial use (negotiable separately);
✔ Execution in a very short time ("as early as yesterday");
✔ Private commission (I do not publish it anywhere);
✔ Complexity (dress with a hundred ruffles, full knight armor, dragons, wings, etc.);
✔ Second and subsequent character (focus on base price);
✔ Background (depending on complexity, gradient/pattern/nothing - for free);
✔ Creating character/outfit design (if you don't have a specific reference);
✔ Character reference sheet design (adding name, text, palette, some small details, harmonious arrangement of everything on the sheet, overall design).
Usage and reposting:
✔ You're free to use the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes;
✔ You're free to print the commissioned piece for any non-commercial purposes;
✔ You're free to post/repost any the commissioned piece giving a credit to me as an artist.
The rights I reserve:
✔ I reserve the right to post (or not) all the finished images at my galleries;
✔ I reserve the right to use the finished piece for self-promotion (banners, etc);
✔ I reserve the right to record and publish the drawing process;
✔ I reserve the right to refuse to draw your commission without the explanation before we agree on a sketch and the prepay is proceeded.
NB!
✔ If you need NSFW content - both you and the characters must be of legal age!
✔ I'm giving you an approximate deadline, but if you need your order by a certain date - don't forget to tell me!
✔ If you don't want me to publish your order in my galleries, or not publish it until a certain date - let me know! Private commission will require a surcharge, privacy until some specific date in the foreseeable future will not.
Adoptables:
NB! All of the adopts I have ever drawn are here: OPEN / CLOSED. The description of each available for purchase shows the cost/start bid in the case of an auction. Claims/bids can usually be written in the comments on it, I'll note you myself.
✔ Don't forget to specify if you need to change/print your text somewhere on the reference, or if I need to send you files in the email, not a link to google docs!
✔ After payment I send you the character’s files in original size in .png format. Usually it’s a version of the reference as in the preview, a version without text, a version on a transparent background. Optionally, a version with your text.
✔ No refunds for purchased adopts.
Adopts #1-21 has no rules, I was hoping for human sanity. But alas :(
Starting with #22 they have some obvious rules:
✔ Don't erase my watermark from the reference;
✔ Don't pass off a design as your own;
✔ Don't use the design of the character or his outfit before buying an adopt;
✔ You should indicate my authorship if commercial use;
✔ You may change the design, name, character description as you wish after purchase;
✔ You can sell, change, or give away a purchased adopt, but only by indicating my authorship as a clickable link to my account/gallery.
I don't keep track of sales chains, but if you bought an adopt from me (or are willing to provide proof that it's yours) - I can list you as the owner in my galleries.
By the way! You can subscribe to my Boosty - not only to support me, but also to get early access to my YCH/adoptables (with the early bird option to buy)!
