If you are able to message him, could you request he stop using Maverick as his own character, and please change his avatar/banner to something else? You can let him know if he wants to contact me directly I have my Twitter DMs open so I can be contacted by anyone - I just can't send him the first message as his is set to 'verified only'.

He does seem to have been on Twitter since I dropped a couple of messages on his posts, but he's thus far ignoring me.

Weird part is they don't even seem to be an RP account? They're just using my character as their sona, and then entering them into raffles to get free porn of them. Which is particularly uncomfortable since everything I've got of the character myself is SFW.

That's even worse! Especially if you have a character who's strictly SFW. Saucy, maybe, but no porn of them. Hopefully you've reported them if you haven't done so already, cuz that's messed up.

Aye, dropped a report a little earlier. Unfortunately not so sure on Twitter's policies on 'art theft', I'm not so sure they care much about it - but I've at least labelled it as 'impersonation' with the provision of 'impersonating ownership of the character'.
