I love my job but what do hate are those idiots who say "I want that one" They refuse to say the name on the label. So you point to like one ice cream and they say "Not that one. I want that one" After pointing to like 5 they say "Yeah that one" and I make sure I am pointing to the ice cream I am pointing to. When you finish scooping and put it in the cup they say "No not that one. I wanted that one." They do this like 3 more times. In the end the ice cream was all the way at the other end and they weren't even looking or pointing to it.
Ok people look "That one" just say the god damn name we keep these names simple. 'cake mix' or 'Blue ice' maybe 'Chocolate Volcano' If you can't read the damn label and you aren't blind I assume you are retarded. I wish I could chuck the metal scooping spoon at these idiots.
I even ask the people to say the name of the ice cream after pointing to like 5 of them and having to throw out 2 scoops of good ice cream. Guess what they say..... "That one" I'm sorry mam we don't have 'that one' you fucking retard! I can't read your mind! I don't get paid enough to provide that service I'm sorry. Dumbass!
That is one of the many things that piss me off. Next is people who complain about the prices of a cake. Don't like it have fun at coldstone, DariyQueen, or BR! There cakes are just as much as a carvel cake and 50 times smaller to >.> People are so bitchy. Just because Carvel is 75 years old doesn't mean we kept the price at a few penny's Just be glad your cake was handmade and will probably not have freezer burn on it.
Also people who are allergic to nuts and don't tell us. First off we how a nice bright yellow sigh that lists all the flavors that contain nuts and to ask us it you have any questions. You honestly expect us to know if you have a nut allergy?! I an good about telling people that the ice cream has nuts in it but I do forget from time to time during a rush. Those are the people who happen to complain. The stupid one on nuts that happens to often is. This Rockyroad has nuts in it! No shit!
