What should I do ?
This is by far the worse school start I ever had. I have to spend more every day for it (materials, softwares, insurances or whatever and bus tickets)
So all my savings are almost gone and I have a new problem which is this time my PC:
One of the ram sticks is dead for no reason. And I might have to get it cleaned, and get a new ssd as I am in 3d art course I will need more speed and space.
Thing is we always have projects everyday and the school is super far from my home (1h30 of walking, bus and tram) so I have to do 6:00 - 18:30 and come back absolutely destroyed.
I work on projects when I'm home and then go to sleep. I no longer have time for comms, and yet I need money to fix my stuff, so what should I do ?
Either I open a few custom design slots but I take way more time than usual (I always completed my comms within 2 weeks) or I do more adopts that will take as much time and will probably never sell or I'll have to spend 10h on them and end up discounting them to a 20$ price ?
I'm tired and I'm lost, if I didn't have health issues I'd get a small student job, but I can't.
On top of that, my audience will die within the next few weeks as I won't be able to post anything. At least the algorithm on twitter will make sure of that.
I guess at least, I'm not in danger like some other artists so I'm thankful for that.

I'd worry for pushing yourself too much with comms on top of classes. If you do decide to do comms, I'll boost your post on twitter. It's almost dead for me over there, but hopefully some of my followers see it. I'd agree with you that customs would be better in this situation than adopts
And for twitter, the only thing that works for me is to post a drawing at least once a week otherwise it also becomes dead...the algo is really cringe..
If you want to get your audience back I'd suggest a strip game with one of your OCs like I did, it worked for me pretty well xd
As for your pc. What type is it? What are the specs and what brand of ram and gigabytes of ram are you using?
As for ssd, if amazon is availible to you and your computer does have m.2 slots there are some pretty cheap ssd choices for about 30 dollars. If you know how to build, I suggest pcpartpicker to find even cheaper ssd's that'll fit you.
And well all I can tell you is just be honest with your customers. Inform them at the start that commissions are just going to take a long time. It sucks but those be the cards dealt. Most folks can be patient and are just happy at the fact a commission is actually coming at all.
Here's hoping at least the further weeks for college start smoothing out in some way.
I have a desktop PC with 32gb ddr4 3600mhz of the Klevv brand. Now I only have 16 and it says 2666mhz for no reason. One of the ram sticks died maybe. I can't move them since my pc fan is ENORMOUS and takes 70% of the motherboard, I don't think I'll be able to put it back if I remove it
Double check your bios if you havn't already to see if your ram is in xmp mode. It may fix the 2666mhz issue with that. And I wouldn't remove the fan then if the computer is still usuable for you. Only say this since you'll have to remove the thermal paste off both the fan and the cpu and then put in another dab of it nearly every time. You don't have to do this, but that's making sure your cpu stays properly cooled.
All in all I think you should be fine computer wise unless I'm forgetting something..
but I guess I'll just have to update my pc within the next three years as I bought it in 2020 anyways. I did check the BIOS and nothing changes :/
I'll just bring it to a pro on Tuesday to check on the ram and hopefully I'll be able to keep it alive until that happens, thanks for the help man
Hopefully it's a quick and not too expensive fix.
