I'd love to see a Kobold TF from you.

Perhaps a big monster or animal! Someone transforming into a big beast and wreaking stuff like in a movie sounds fun, especially if they got sucked into it and was wondering where the monster was before their transformation makes them into it, lol!

I think there's a reason why it's rare. Robots are hard to do. :P

Have you tried some avian tf? like crow or hawk tf?

I tried to do one once a long time ago, but it wasn't coming out very well, so I scrapped it. But yeah, perhaps I should try again.

This will sound rather odd, but perhaps a Gargoyle Goo transformation would work? Perhaps something like a security system in a temple that's activated by perssing a stone plate?

Beast of burden themes are always a win for me. You do that already but more is good. :)

I have a silly character who transforms by unzipping the current costume down the front (and then stuffing the last costume into the new one's zip).

I like it when a large form is emerging from a small one, though for lampshading proposes, it's usually only the start of end of the process.

Animals: I'm partial to otters, dragons and gryphons. (Kobolds are just lowercase dragons; they count too!) Highland cow minotaurs are cute and fluffy!

Themes: "People Jars" is always super fun, and given that your 'verse uses nanotech TF, the use of a coolant bath allows you to crank up the nanotech's throttle without cooking the patient. It also has a marvelous mad-science vibe, don't you think?
