Warnings and rating system should be sufficient. I feel the idea of a secondary account should be more of a consideration if one knows the volume of content is going to be plentiful enough to warrant it. Entire galleries worth. Most of the time that is not the case, especially starting out so I see no reason to split content to more than the original account.

But of course, all of this is for your consideration and the final word is yours. Do what feels best for you.
