ANNUAL ICON SALE IS A GO-GO! Help me pay off my dr bills :P

Hey all! It's that time of year again, only more stupid pressing matters attached.. HOORAY! It must be something in the air
Nothing awful, I am fine, but I did spend some time in the hospital for some really nasty asthma issues following a flu (not the piggy one :)). Those bills are in, and I would like to pay them off ASAP, yesno?
THE INFORMATION OF MUCH IMPORTANCESES:
SO! Icons are now $5 per. According to what I have seen, this is still cheap in the icon world. Buy one for you, buy one for your BFF, buy one for your siblings, buy one for some stranger! No matter to me! Themes? No problem! A range of emotion? I can do it! Just lemme make you art!!! Onto the other information

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
A really good description of what you look like! It can be text or visuals, no matter to me. Also, within your payment, PLEASE give me a valid email address to get back to you, plus your FA name so I can note you when I have mailed you (sometimes things get stuck in the spam folder!). I accept paypal, of course! I also accept checks, money orders in USD, and well concealed cash.. however do note that I accept no responsibility for the post office turning your envelope into a sammich and eating it.
WHAT YOU GET FROM ME
Each icon will be drawn at 200x200 pixels. I will email the large res copy to you (great for forum use!), as well as the shrank 100x100 one (for ye olde LJ lovins!). Use them however you like, post them on your website or upload them to FA, all I ask is that if you put them in an online gallery, you link my page back :)
Icons will be completed on a FIRST PAID FIRST SERVE basis! I feel this is the most fair. You can email me at ANY time to see where you stand though :) Turn around is usually about 4 days since I have to TA and work and school in between
