GENERAL
● I DO NOT allow any of my work to be used for the purpose of NFT’S or AI.
● Any purchases of my creative work (YCHs, Designs, Commissions) means that you
have acknowledged and agreed with this ToS.
● Adequate credit can range from simply typing the username of one of my social
media accounts, to linking to any of my homepages, or linking to the direct upload of
your purchased work.
● These terms may change at any time. Any changes made will only be
announced publicly.
DESIGNS / ADOPTABLES
● I am allowed to use the work created for you as advertisement or promotion.
● Changes to designs can be made, but any modifications deemed “complex” will
require an upcharge. You are free to make unlimited changes to the design yourself.
Private or commercial work
Private and commercial work will be decided on a case by case basis.
