I used ezgif resize... Set the width 1250 and left length blank, chose stretch to fit... Did a little tinkering via Frames after the resizing and it finally worked! They are GIF's and not still images.

Man I hated that... But the only lead on how to fix things was someone saying it tries to resize anything over 1250 in width but ends up just making them still images instead
