The future of Deviantart

Hello there.
It's been a long time since I posted here, so here goes.
As you can see on my Deviantart page is still grim. So, you're probably thinking, 'Has he deactivated his Deviantart account?' Well, I think you'd probably figured out what's going on.
My Deviantart was falsely terminated under the guise of "Alternate account for previously banned account." But here is where things get strange - I have not used any alternate accounts in the past, yet also not associated with any banned users (I have been using Deviantart since 2013). If I created several alternate accounts on Deviantart just to break the TOS, then I could see this admin note as the reason for my consequence. But sadly no, I was banned because my account was believed to be part of several rule-breaking accounts. It has also been a month since I submitted a ticket to Deviantart Support, yet all I got was just radio silence.
Whilst reading through DA journals and Twitter, I have noticed that other people are also getting falsely banned and still waiting responses from DA support, but nothing has come out of it aside from scam accounts asking users to send a DM to whoever is on Instagram in order to fuel the fire.
So, to come to a conclusion, I have decided to make the decision to move all productions to my other social media sites.
