Commission Lottery Open!

Greetings!
From today (October 3rd) until October 7th at noon CST, respond here if you would like a general commission. (only one). After Noon (CST), I will update this journal marking the end of commission request period. At that point, I will put all the names into a lottery and pull three of them randomly, and these three will be contacted for details on their requested commissions through the message system. This is the fairest system I can think of so that everyone has an equal chance regardless of who is lucky enough to be online and looking at FA when I make this announcement, and who is busy doing overtime at work and doesn't see the announcement for a couple of days.
Why three?
The idea here is to do this in smaller groupings with shorter turn around it, so I am not reducing the amount of commissions I am doing, but working to do rounds of them more frequently. Eventually i would like to refine this to the point I can do this monthly, that is the goal.
