Ｍｙ Ｔｅｒｍｓ ａｎｄ Ｃｏｎｄｉｔｉｏｎｓ：
➢I have the right to post any artwork I complete on my profile as an example
➢Nothing I make can be used as an NFT or anything similar
➢I have the right to decline any commission for any reason I see fit. Likewise, I can refund you and deny finishing the commission if I feel it is needed
➢All purchases are FINAL. There will be no refunds UNLESS I have not already started the artwork or feel uncomfortable completing it
➢You are only allowed to use anything produced by me for non-commercial purposes only. If needed, we can discuss using it commercially
➢If you see that someone who I have blacklisted has ownership of a design I made, please let me know! If this happens, the person who sold/traded/gifted the character to them will be blacklisted, and I will reclaim ownership of the said character
➢Freebies may not be sold or traded unless commissioned art has been added
➢Designs obtained via trade are not allowed to be sold UNLESS it is for the amount of money you have personally added to them
➢Designs obtained via sale may not be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value
Ｐａｙｍｅｎｔ ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ：
➢I only accept payment through Paypal, Ko-fi and Cashapp. Please do not offer any other forms of payment unless stated otherwise
➢If there is any form of fraud, scam, or chargeback you will be publicly blacklisted. If this payment was for a character designed by me, the character and all of their rights will return back to me
➢If we agree to start a payment plan, you must send the payments on the dates agreed upon. Regarding the character, you will recieve the full images once I have recieved the payment in full. If you cancel your payment and have already sent a portion, you will not be refunded for what you have sent. If you ghost/never follow up after a hold or payment plan is initiated you will be added to my blacklist.
Ｔｕｒｎａｒｏｕｎｄ ｔｉｍｅ：
➢In general, I will typically finish a piece of art within 1 to 3 weeks. If it is a bigger piece I will have a separate date posted
➢If you need artwork completed within a certain amount of time/for a certain date please let me know before you commission me. Typically, I can work around this, but I will charge an extra 'rush' fee which fluctuates between the price of the artwork
