I know of a few.
There's amiami.com. It's very similar to HLJ, but I've found their prices are generally better (I've heard other people say their shipping is higher, though I haven't seen any evidence of that). Unfortunately they don't do shipping estimations, they'll only calculate shipping once you confirm an order. Amiami also sells pre-owned goods, so you can sometimes find a good deal that way.

There's also mandarake.org, another Japanese business. They specialize entirely in pre-owned goods. The tricky thing about them is that they have several physical locations, and their online inventory lists items at those locations, so when you order something, they have to check that it hasn't already been sold on-site. The one exception is their stored named Sahra, which is only online and thus needs no checking (usually).

Then there's bigbadtoystore, a western business, so shipping isn't as high, but you're going to pay a hefty markup on anything directly imported from Japan.

Oh, one more thing, Japanese businesses tend to be great for pre-owned stuff. A lot of the time, it's practically new. They'll count things like "the corner of the box is a bit smushed" as damaged packaging, or "the figure has a small, slightly discolored spot in a hard-to-see area" as damage. Amiami has a whole rating system on used goods to tell the condition of the item, like if it's been opened or if there's any visible damage, though unfortunately they don't post pictures of anything. Mandarake doesn't have a rating system like that, but they'll say whether the item is damaged or if there are missing pieces on the listing, usually with pictures.

Those are two of the sites I use the most for buying anime figs. Haven't had a bad purchase through either of them to date.

Solaris Japan is looking good. Compared to HobbyLink Japan the one figure I showed above it about $10-$20 less even with shipping.

Yeah, may have been a smidge more cost than some of the other sites, but I liked Solaris a little more than the others, like the feel of the site and all that, so it was worth the slightly extra cost.

Yeah, every site seems to have some figures that they sell for higher prices than others, and some that sell for lower than others. But Solaris also has regular discount sales, so you might find another figure you're looking for under one, eventually.

Yeah, thing is I don't watch any anime so I usually don't know what I am looking for till I find it. =P
