It took me three pics before anyone saw me and added me to their list. I think it was about four more before somebody else did the same. I know at first it seems like you'll get endless traffic, but these sites are funny and deceptive that way :P My one piece of major advice is this though: Come to this site for your own pleasure and not any else's, because letting the number of pageviews and watches bother you too much can be terribly consuming. Just do your own thing, be polite to everyone, and have fun! You'll have a list of watchers in no time!

I know. I'm just a hyper little foxy that sometimes is a little impatient. I just wanted to see if there were some kind furs that glanced at my page. And it appears the answer is yes.

*nods* For certain we do. There are two shades of fur; those who are in it for the community, and those who are in it for the porn. (not to say that the community lovers don't also love the porn XD ) ...

Generally for every community fur, there are about 10 porn collectors. And for every 10 community goers, about 1 on 10 will actually be motivated enough to write to someone. It's almost formulaic: look at most pictures, and check how many favorites they have. Usually it goes something like this "600 views, 60 favs, 6 comments" There are super-stars on FA that break that rule, and new people also do in the other direction, but that's usually how it goes.

Take a look at some of the people I talk to in my submissions. They aren't all artist, but they are all awesome people. You might just make another friend. :3

Thank you for the insight, it is somewhat comforting. As you could probably tell from my userpage (aside from favorites) I used to be one of those porn only furs. I finally learned to open up to others and felt the need to put something back into the community I've come to love. because of all places I can go, althoght there will always be someone against me, anywhere I go I feel I'll always be able to find someone to support me in this community.

Acceptance and an open mind are what drew me to the fandom in the first place. ^^
