Just got back from the appointment with the dietitian. She gave me allot of Info I needed as well as suggesting what's called the Medditerainian Diet. It's based on what foods folks on that region eat. It should taste good, and do well for my health both in the short and long term. It's going to take a bit of work to transition my kitchen to work with this diet and soaking in allot of info. But it should be worth it. Wish me luck.
