this just puts up far too many red flags, knowing how easily people in this country can get manipulated and how gullible they are, I can see this going terribly wrong, riling up right even worst than right now

This sounds like a more "professional" version of the undercover furry, dingleberries the lion, who came to Anthrocon to "expose" the furry fandom but was unable to find any real evidence of nefarious activity. If the supposed crimes in the show were real enough that the FBI got involved, it would have been taken care of off camera and in a court of law (hopefully) and we'd be finding out after the fact. I'm tending to agree with Tamias that this show is for the ratings and shock value.
