By the way, I wanted to ask. Does it make sense for me to give the contact of my discord for the customer so that people can contact me about future orders? I just started noticing more often that people often say that they have little contact with the FA.
Its easier to talk through discord since you get no notifications if someone sent you a note on here ^^
I think it will also help customers provide references and pics that arent uploaded on the internet. Discord feels easier to fully use than FA notes aswell if im honest.
