Huion and XP-Pen are more designed for consumer use. Wacom has better build quality and generally last a long time.

If price doesn’t matter, go get yourself a Wacom Cintiq or something up there. The Cintiq pros are without a doubt the best display tablets out there. And from my experience, the Intuos line is best as just pen tablets. The pens you get with wacom tablets are just straight up better.

HOWEVER, if you’re just starting out, I really don’t think you’re going to be needing to fork out all the money on a Wacom when Huions are, honestly, pretty great. Then there’s also the XPPen’s etc.

I’ve tried a bunch of different things over the years and I would always pay the premium for a Wacom now going forward. I also have a Wacom Cintiq 16 which is their entry level display tablet and it’s really competitively priced so if it’s within your budget, I’d go for that.
