What do you use to manage your furry business and work?

If you're an Artist, Maker or run any other furry-related business, I'm interesting in finding out what tools/software/websites you use to help you manage and run your business.
I have an idea for building out a platform, but wanted to get a feel for what y'all are already using to see if it's at all feasible or worth making.
Is there something you already use that doesn't do the exact thing you want, but it still works anyway?
Is there something missing that you feel would help you or make running your business easier?
Is there something already, but it's too costly for the work you do?
