✶ i don't set deadlines!!!! turnaround time is mostly depends on my mental health

i have some problems with procrastination n other mental issues problems, so the commissions may be delayed indefinitely, i do NOT work on commissions/YCH the weekends, the deadline can be set with an additional payment (depends on how much closer the deadline is

✶ the strike system is a structure of administration i follow to try to discourage unwanted client-artist interactions, particularly in matters related to payment, each offense has its own 3 strikes, although extreme circumstances may merit immediate blacklisting
the following are the most common sources of a strike:
non-payment
drop-out of an offer/hold
backing out of a bid
aforementioned immediate blacklisting is usually from drop-outs of large sums of money, or malicious behavior where fraud is intended

✶ you are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission, you must credit me ©fluffchuroz and/or put a link to one of my socials if you want to publish a paid commission from me
✶ i strictly prohibit usage of my artworks for AI learning
✶ no one is allowed to mint my artworks as a NFT,my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else
